I'm Suzanne, an intuitive energy healer with over 14 year experience with working with countless clients.  Over the past few years I have been working on clearing emotional and energetic blocks to help myself and clients restore natural eating habits and their ideal weight. 

 

I began tapping/EFT over 10 years ago and was applying this for quite a few years, but felt there was something missing.  It would work but then, negative eating behaviours would come back. It was when I learnt Emotion Body and Belief code that amazing changes began to happen.  By putting it all together with visualisation and daily tapping, changes began to happen faster and easier.

I now don't obsess about food, feel guilty, or deprived, but now I am in control and feel calmer with overthinking, stressing and worrying less, and feeling so much more confident in myself. 

Now this is not an overnight miracle, but it is a way to gently take control of your eating habits and change your relationship with food forever!

This is why I am wanting to share the method that I used and the healing that I applied to achieve these changes.

What is causing emotional eating?

  • Stress & Anxiety contributes to emotional eating.

  • Feeling unsafe in your body, from physical and emotional trauma.

  • Negative beliefs - "I am not good enough, I don't matter, It's not possible, I am not worthy".

  • Suppressed and trapped emotions of anxiety, anger, fear, guilt, shame etc.

  • Positive memory cords to food that are causing addictions and triggers to overeat.

  • Past traumatic events of situations.

  • Inner child issues, addictive heart energies, emotional eating keeping you safe and other hidden benefits.

  • Dinner time rules when you were growing up.

  • Healing past diets, weight, food and body image.

  • Clearing habits of eating at certain times places or situation.

Releasing the anxiety around food is an inside job!

Most diets simply focus on cutting down on what you eat and adding more exercise. This is all good but it doesn't deal with the emotional issues that underline the extra weight or eating habits that have been created. If the 'emotional issues' aren't dealt with, you will lose the weight, but then often put it all back on again, leaving you feeling like a failure, hopeless, and unhappy.

We can align our bodies to a natural weight and change the relationship we have with food by releasing trapped emotions about how we feel about our weight and body shape. We can find out what it is that is driving us to overeat and crave certain foods.
