Do I need to do anything?
No you don't need to do anything. You will receive Quantum Reiki for your highest good. You can go about your day as usual and receive the healing throughout the day.
Will I notice any negative effects?
The effects of healing are often very subtle. You should notice feeling lighter, calmer & more energised and feel more at peace.
How can I cancel?
If you choose to cancel, you can email and your subscription will be cancelled straight away.
How do I set my intentions?
You can have 3 intentions each week. Every Monday, you can reset your intentions through the Facebook group, in the post. There is a page in the Hub explaining how to create a positive intention. Or you can email me directly your 3 intentions.
When will the healing be applied?
The group healing will be activated and completed each Monday at 10am GMT. There will also be daily checks and clearings to make sure blocks are releasing for your goals, Chakra's are balanced and activations are still running for emotional and physical wellbeing.
